Как то пробовал донепезил 2.5мг/сут. Неплохой эффект на когнитивку, особенно на память. Есть заметный синергизм с крепким кофе.
Насчет миноциклина. На forum.schizophrenia.com есть один пользователь который избавился от негативки за 3 дня на миноциклине. Что интересно, механизм мне не понятен. Из известного, миноциклин ингибирует микроглию, как то влияет на глутамат и anti-inflammatory. Но что из этого способно дать такой быстрый эффект мне не ясно. Знаю одного человека, который пробовал доксициклин от негативки, никакого эффекта на негативку не было.
